Terms of Service
By requesting a commission, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Waitlist:
When you're put on the waitlist, make sure you don't cancel halfway through.
I'll contact you by the time I've scheduled.
Price:
The price will change if the character has too much detail, extra accessories/pets, complicated BG, etc...
Add 100% of the base price for the character added to the artwork. Maximum 3 characters in 1 art.
For commercial use & Vtuber use for their content: at least 100% of the set price.
Except for comm types that already have the price for Vtuber.
Private fee: 30% of the set price.
Do & Don't:
I do: modern & 90's anime art style, young & adults (mainly girls & women), etc ...
I don't: muscular, old man/women, mecha, furry, hardcore, gore, etc...
Please provide as much info as possible about the character(s) looks, what sort of pose/theme you want, reference images, ...
Note:
Slots are not first come first served, I'll choose the ones I feel capable of doing best.
Please send me information about the commission: your character, the outfit style you want, reference pics, etc when you contact me and I'll see if I can do it or not.
Mood boards and a docs file would be just perfect!
I will update the progress of the commission, including: sketch - line art/color base art - rendering WIP - final art. Depending on the commission type, some steps will be skipped if it isn't necessary.
You can fix the commission up to 3-4 times, you can't fix it if you've approved the previous progress (For example, you can't change the line art if you've approved the sketch).
If you fix it more than 5 times, I will charge an additional fee.
File:
You will get:
Normal illustration/design sheet: HQ JPG + transparent PNG
L2D Art Model: ready to rig PSD file + HQ JPG + transparent PNG
TAT:
Normal illustration/design sheet: around 1 - 3 months.
L2D Art Model: 2 - 5 months.
Payment: Paypal (USD) / Vietnam banks & E-wallets (VND)
You need to pay first at least 50% and I will start working after receiving my payment.
The rest will be when I start rendering.
Refund:
In most cases, NO refund (except when I have not started sketching)
If I can't finish the commission due to my personal issue, I will refund 50% and you still can have the unfinished artwork.
Right to use:
The commission is for personal use (except L2D Art Model)
Do not re-distribute, or re-sell my work.
Sharing on the internet is up to your choice but please credit me and my Twitter link.
Do not use it for AI.
