Terms of Service
(ENGLISH)
By requesting a commission, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Waitlist:
When you're put on the waitlist, make sure you don't cancel halfway through.
I'll contact you by the time I've scheduled.
Price:
The price will change if the character has too much detail, extra accessories/pets, complicated BG, etc... Add 100% of the base price for the character added to the artwork.
For commercial use & Vtuber use for their content: at least 100% of the set price.
Except for comm types that already have the price for Vtuber.
For Vtuber who use my art to sell merchandise: at least 50% of the set price.
Private fee: 30% of the set price.
I will keep the artwork private until the agreed-upon time and will not keep it private permanently.
Do & Don't:
I do: modern & 90's anime art style, young & adults (mainly girls & women), etc ...
I don't: muscular, old man/woman, mecha, furry, hardcore, gore, etc...
Please provide as much info as possible about the character(s) looks, what sort of pose/theme you want, reference images, ...
Note:
Slots are not first come first served, I'll choose the ones I feel capable of doing best.
Please send me information about the commission: your character, the outfit style you want, reference pics, etc, when you contact me and I'll see if I can do it or not.
Mood boards and a docs file would be just perfect!
I will update the progress of the commission, including: sketch - line art/color base art - rendering WIP - final art. Depending on the commission type, some steps will be skipped if it isn't necessary.
You can fix the commission up to 3-4 times, you can't fix it if you've approved the previous progress (For example, you can't change the line art if you've approved the sketch).
If you fix it more than 5 times, I will charge an additional fee.
File:
You will get:
Normal illustration/design sheet: HQ JPG + transparent PNG
L2D Art Model: ready to rig PSD file + HQ JPG + transparent PNG
TAT:
Normal illustration/design sheet: around 1 - 3 months.
L2D Art Model: 2 - 5 months.
Payment:
Paypal (USD) / Vietnam banks & E-wallets (VND)
You need to pay first at least 50% and I will start working after receiving my payment.
The rest will be when I start rendering.
Refund:
In most cases, NO refund (except when I have not started sketching)
If I can't finish the commission due to my personal issue, I will refund 50% and you still can have the unfinished artwork.
Right to use:
The commission is for personal use (except L2D Art Model)
Do not re-distribute, or re-sell my work.
Sharing on the internet is up to your choice but please credit me and my Twitter link.
Do not use it for AI.

Đặt commission đồng nghĩa với việc bạn đồng ý với các Điều Khoản Dịch Vụ sau
Về waitlist:
Khi bạn được đưa vào waitlist, mình không yêu cầu cọc slot nhưng hãy chắc chắn
rằng bạn không hủy slot giữa chừng nha.
Mình sẽ liên lạc với bạn vào lịch hẹn.
Về giá:
Giá sẽ thay đổi nếu nhân vật có quá nhiều chi tiết, phụ kiện/pet đi kèm, BG phức tạp, v.v...
Thêm nhân vật +100% giá cơ bản.
Đối với tranh sử dụng cho mục đích thương mại & Vtuber sử dụng để stream/đăng lên mxh:
Phụ phí + ít nhất 100% giá đã báo. Ngoại trừ các loại comm đã báo là giá dành cho Vtuber.
Nếu bạn là Vtuber và sử dụng tranh để bán vật phẩm: Phụ phí + ít nhất 50% giá đã báo.
Phí giữ private: +30% giá đã báo.
Thời gian private chỉ đến thời điểm mình và bạn đã giao hẹn trước
và mình không nhận giữ private tranh vĩnh viễn nha.
Về những thứ mình làm được:
Mình có thể làm được: anime art style, nhân vật nam/nữ trẻ tuổi và trưởng thành, etc ...
Mình không làm được: trai cơ bắp, người già lớn tuổi, mecha, furry, hardcore, gore, etc ...
Hãy gửi cho mình càng nhiều thông tin càng tốt về ngoại hình của nhân vật, loại pose/theme, vibe của tổng thể tranh, hình ảnh tham khảo, etc ... Nếu có thể tổng hợp thành file thì càng tiện nha!
Note:
Slots không phải first come first served, bạn hãy gửi ref trước để mình check và mình sẽ nhận slot dựa trên brief phù hợp với style vẽ của mình nha.
Mình sẽ gửi bạn tiến độ của commission, bao gồm: sketch - line art/base màu - wip render - tranh final. Tùy thuộc vào loại commission, một số bước mình sẽ skip nếu không cần thiết.
(Ví dụ, với tranh color sketch mình sẽ không gửi line art)
Bạn có thể sửa tranh tối đa 3-4 lần, và không thể sửa nếu đã duyệt tiến độ trước đó trừ khi do lỗi vẽ thiếu chi tiết.
(Ví dụ, bạn không thể quay lại sửa line art nếu mình đã đang render tranh)
Nếu bạn sửa quá 5 lần, mình sẽ tính thêm phí.
Về file:
Bạn sẽ nhận được:
Tranh loại illustration/design sheet: JPG + PNG tách nền
L2D Art Model: ready to rig PSD + JPG + PNG tách nền
Về deadline:
Tranh loại illustration/design sheet: 1-3 tháng.
L2D Art Model: 2 - 5 tháng.
Về thanh toán:
Paypal (USD) / Bank nội địa và ví momo (VND)
Thanh toán trước ít nhất 50% trước khi bắt đầu vẽ và phần còn lại khi duyệt bản final nha.
Về refund:
Trong hầu hết các trường hợp, KHÔNG hoàn tiền (trừ khi mình chưa bắt đầu làm sketch)
Nếu mình không thể hoàn thành tranh do vấn đề cá nhân hoặc vượt deadline quá lâu mà không bàn thảo trước với bạn về việc lùi deadline, mình sẽ hoàn lại 50% và bạn vẫn có thể giữ file tranh để hoàn thiện nốt.
Về quyền sử dụng:
Tranh chỉ sử dụng mục đích cá nhân (trừ L2D model). Bạn có thể in ấn nhưng chỉ in ấn số lượng nhỏ cho sử dụng cá nhân/sưu tầm và không được đem bán.
Bạn không được bán hoặc phân phối lại tranh commission.
Nếu up lên MXH, mình sẽ rất vui nếu bạn có credit tên mình.
Không sử dụng cho AI.
